How Credits Work
Mantle Chat uses a credit-based system. Every time you send a message, it costs credits. The number of credits depends on which model you use — more capable models cost more.Base Credits

When you send a message, Base credits are consumed first. Reserve credits are only used once your Base credits are

credits depending on which AI model you use. Cheaper models ($ tier) cost less, while the most
capable models ($$$$ tier) cost significantly more per message.

Credit consumption depends on the model you use. Higher-tier models ($$$ and $$$$) consume significantly more
credits per message. Check the model selector for each model’s cost tier before sending.
How does the 7-day free trial work?

Start your Pro trial with full access to all features. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you won’t
be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the 7 days.
What happens if I run out of credits?
What happens if I run out of credits?
If your Base credits are depleted and you are on Pro, Reserve credits kick in automatically. If both are exhausted
(or you are on Free with no Reserve), you can wait for your Base credits to refill in the next 5-hour cycle, or
upgrade to Pro for more credits.

Yes, cancel anytime from Settings. You’ll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
